Seeking a certified Scrum Master with a security background to guide agile development teams. Facilitate Scrum events, integrate security practices, and ensure the delivery of secure software solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate agile processes and events.

2. Integrate security measures into development.

3. Foster team collaboration and continuous improvement.

4. Communicate project status to stakeholders.

5. Promote security awareness and education.

6. Monitor KPIs and generate relevant reports.

Qualifications:

• CSM or equivalent certification.

• Proven Scrum Master experience in agile environments.

• Strong understanding of security principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• Additional security certifications (e.g., CISSP).

• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.

• Knowledge of secure coding practices.
