REQUIRED DEGREE

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Information Technology or another closely related field.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(S)

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Knowledge of PMI standards and Processes, and success in managing IT projects

Use of project management and work management tools such as MS Project and MS Team Foundation Server

Must be familiar with software and database development concepts to include creation of diagrams, flowcharts and workflows of business processes and data flow

Contractor should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in work related to IT Project Management using the Agile Methodology

Contractor should have at least 5 years of large-scale project management experience, with demonstrated ability to timely and efficiently lead projects which deliver high-quality operational and financial performance results

Must be able to effectively collaborate with Senior Management and other Project Team Members to ensure requirements are communicated, accepted, and meet expectations
