Mandatory Skills: Omnichannel experience, Solid background in Pharma
Need candidate with 4-5 years of experience
Required:
- Ability to deliver large scale, complex channel operations
- Experience in managing projects (Agile experience preferred but not required)
- Multichannel marketing experience, including digital channels and a good understanding of the omnichannel mix and channel-enabling technologies
- Proven track record of developing collaborative and productive relationships with key stakeholders in a matrix setting
- Experience with collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint
- Familiarity with project management and workflow tools such as Smartsheet/Microsoft Project and Jira or similar
Preferred:
- Website build experience
- Leadership of managing in-sourced and/or outsourced multichannel service provision (including working with contracted agencies)
- Experience in pharmaceuticals and / or other regulated industries
- Strong operational skills to drive continuous improvement, efficiency and savings where possible.
