We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead C# .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# development, along with expertise in T-SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. As the Lead Developer, you will play a key role in leading the design, development, and maintenance of our software solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring high-quality code standards. Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, and reverse engineering techniques is essential for this role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on C#/.NET technologies.
• Strong proficiency in C#, T-SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB, including database design, optimization, and query tuning.
• Familiarity with Redis or other caching technologies is a plus.
• Experience in reverse engineering legacy systems and documenting system architectures.
• Good experience on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and drive results.
