JOB DETAIL

  • Lead the migration of TOPS SharePoint into the Collectibles domain.
  • Build out a new domain to incorporate all acquired companies, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Work closely with Okta for integration purposes, leveraging its capabilities for a robust and secure environment.
  • Manage and maintain the SharePoint environment post-migration, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migrations and integrations, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support related to SharePoint and MS Exchange.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in SharePoint, MS Exchange, and related technologies.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in managing SharePoint environments.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with MS Exchange.
  • Experience with Okta integrations, preferably in an enterprise setting.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale migrations and integrations in SharePoint.
  • Ability to manage post-migration environments effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

 

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in handling domain migrations and integrations involving acquired companies.
