10+ years of overall industry experience with very good retail domain experience.
4+ Scrum/SAFe working experience working as a Scrum Master
Understands and speaks technology (UI, Java, Azure, etc.)Prior experience in leading and delivering projects in migration (from legacy to latest architectures and frameworks)
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decompose more complex problems and/or processes into logical parts
Communicating effectively in both a written and verbal form Well versed in scrum practices
