Strong SAP ECC Basis experience and ability to leas and work independently
Good Knowledge of SAP components like ECC, Solman, PI and so on
Good Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS is mandatory.
Experienced from migrating SAP systems (Linux servers) from Managed service Data Centre to Customer’s hosted server environment.
Experience in sizing, architecture, back up, integration connectivity and other aspects for successful migration.
Experience with core SAP Basis implementation, upgrade and migration using conventional and optimized tools.
SAP Basis administration and technical core competencies tasks including SAP software installation, upgrade, applying Support Packages, and installation of add-on software components.
Maintenance of multi-landscape environments through client copies, system refreshes, and transport management
Experience in configuring Operating system parameters, database parameters and support SAP technical parameters.
Experience in automating the core SAP Basis administrator activities leveraging various automation tools.
Experience in SAP Archiving jobs Scheduling.
Experience in HA/DR set up, configure disaster recovery solutions for SAP that meet/exceed RTO/RPO requirements.
Ability to support EST/PST working hours as per project need.
Ability to travel onsite at Irvine, CA for the last 2 months of the project to have better coordination with the infrastructure and network teams required for the migration project.
Scripting skills PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ruby, Perl, etc. is a plus.
