 Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)

* 8+ years of experience in related field.

* In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.

* Expert knowledge and experience implementing authentication standards and technologies such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JSON Web Token (JWT), SAML, SOO, and MFA in web applications

* Demonstrated experience in both the Client and Resource server domains of OIDC.

* Demonstrated Web development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, SPAs, and Node

* Demonstrated understanding of Identity and Access Management business processes

* Minimum of 2 years of experience leading technical initiatives

The ideal candidate would also have experience with working with Scrum Agile development teams and experience with Ping ICAM solutions.
