Skills & Experience Level:
- 10+ Years of IT Experience
- Primary Skills – Python, FastAPI, asyncio, PyTest, Poetry, Angular / ReactJS, ViTest, Yarn, MongoDB, Redis, SonarQube
- Other skills – Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenShift, Kafka, AppDynamics Application Monitoring, Splunk Log Monitoring
- Good to have prior experience with Cisco Products or CX Ecosystem
- Ready to relocate to Raleigh, NC, USA
Major Responsibilities:
- Ability to design, provide multiple solutions to business requirements,
- Flexible for hands on development, individual contributor role in about 50% bandwidth,
- Work closely with product owners, thoroughly understand the business domain and participate from ideation to realization product journey,
- Prepare architecture and design documents, use cases / workflows and present effectively in customer meeting,
- Coordinate with onsite & offshore stakeholders, perform code reviews, mentor / coach team,
- PoC / technology validations for new technologies,
- Perform in depth assessment of CX application and provide roadmap to stabilize, reengineering / refactor approach,
- Participate in story grooming with offshore team,
- Collaborate with change management & release management,
