Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and design solutions that address the needs of the broker dealer business unit.
Project Management: Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate the functionality and performance of broker dealer systems and applications.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, user guides, and training materials.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
8 years of experience as a business analyst in the financial services industry, with a focus on broker dealer operations.
Solid understanding of broker dealer business processes, regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC), and industry trends.
Proven track record of successfully gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting process analysis, and designing solutions.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to critically evaluate information and data to solve complex problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project) is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, Series 7) are a plus.
