Required Qualifications:
• Seven+ (7) years of IT work experience 
• Five (5) years of project management experience with a minimum of three (3) years in information technology or two (2) years’ experience leading accounting and cash management transformations.
• Advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of managing multiple technologies and functions for highly complexed projects.
 Required Tasks
• Develop a change management plan for the Department’s transition to PALM Services.
• Provide documentation and act as a liaison to PALM project management staff.
• Act as a liaison to the Department’s Information Technology and Administrative Services staff.
