• Raise incident tickets and manage resolutions on behalf of business users by applying appropriate urgency and prioritization and triaging requests to the appropriate data engineering teams
• Respond to security alerts by leading investigations, engaging with the appropriate platform engineering teams for solutions, and managing resolution timelines
• Contribute to IT system adoption and literacy through the creation of standard operating procedures and delivery of trainings
• Create and maintain comprehensive project and process documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and user accounts
Required Qualifications
• Great organizational skills and strong ability to manage diverse requests from various business users
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders
• Experience with using IT support ticketing system, such as ServiceNow, and managing ticket statuses, support groups, and urgency levels
• Experience with IT user access management and role-based access control
• Excellent process documentation skills and ability to create digestible operational guides
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in an IT function working with Azure Data Platform with understanding of access management
• Previous matrix leadership experience with evidence of successful project delivery
