JOB DETAIL

•  Should have good understanding of Mainframe and Java technologies from development and implementation stand point

•  Should be able to understand the requirement better and come up with design and suitable prototypes

•  Knowledge in BFS domain and Application Modernization is preferred.

•  Should have good communication, Precise verbal and written communication skills in English.

•  Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively in English.

•  Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels both internally and externally.

•  Proven ability to identify and troubleshoot customer issues quickly and efficiently.

•  Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.

•  Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

•  Understanding of customer support best practices and familiarity with customer support success metrics
