- 3 - 5 yrs. prior work experience in SAP consulting capacity
- 1 - 2 complete project lifecycles in an SAP consulting capacity; experience in multiple phases of a customer engagement on multiple projects
- 1 - 2 yrs. prior work experience or exposure in Consumer Industries
Functional Knowledge
- Demonstrate a solid understanding and hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules, with a focus on Asset Accounting and Capital Leases.
- Possess in-depth knowledge and practical experience in managing fixed assets, including the creation, acquisition, depreciation, and retirement processes.
- Proven experience in handling Asset Under Construction scenarios, including capitalization processes and integration with other SAP modules.
- Extensive knowledge and practical expertise in configuring and managing capital leases within the SAP FICO environment, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and ensure compliance with local and international regulations in asset accounting and capital leases.
Technical Skills
- Ability to configure and customize SAP FICO settings to meet specific business requirements related to Asset Accounting, AUC, and Capital Leases.
- Understand the integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Project Systems (PS), especially in relation to asset-related transactions.
- Proficient in generating reports and analytics related to asset management and capital leases using SAP reporting tools or other analytics tools integrated with SAP.
Consulting Skills
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and solutions. Provide training and support to end-users.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Asset Accounting, AUC, and Capital Leases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and management.
