Minimum of 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Workday UK Payroll solutions.
Strong understanding of UK payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in configuring and customizing Workday UK Payroll, including payroll elements, payroll calculations, time tracking, absence management, and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Workday certification in Payroll or other relevant modules
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in all phases of the Workday UK Payroll implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Workday UK Payroll solutions.
Configure Workday UK Payroll to meet client requirements, including payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, taxes, and other related functionalities.
Conduct thorough testing of Workday UK Payroll configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and support to clients during user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation support phases.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration between Workday UK Payroll and other systems.
Stay updated on Workday UK Payroll best practices, new features, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to clients.
Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and project engagements.
