JOB DETAIL

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Workday UK Payroll solutions.
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in configuring and customizing Workday UK Payroll, including payroll elements, payroll calculations, time tracking, absence management, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Workday certification in Payroll or other relevant modules 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in all phases of the Workday UK Payroll implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Workday UK Payroll solutions.
  • Configure Workday UK Payroll to meet client requirements, including payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, taxes, and other related functionalities.
  • Conduct thorough testing of Workday UK Payroll configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients during user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation support phases.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration between Workday UK Payroll and other systems.
  • Stay updated on Workday UK Payroll best practices, new features, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to clients.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and project engagements.
