a.Status reporting, escalation of issues/risks) are needed for communications to core project team members and to management

b. Requires expertise in Project Management Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and competencies

c. Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking and ability to exercise judgment

d. Ability to build reports with appropriate details for varying audiences

e. 5-7+ years of relevant experience working on finance operations, tax, project management and process improvement

f. Strong knowledge of general finance, tax, process documentation and cross functional operations

g. Solid analytical skills and ability to understand and resolve complex problems

h. Experience in working with large sets of data including data manipulation in logical data structures and reconciliations

i. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio

j. Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, while independently driving projects to completion

k. Working knowledge of Scrum, JIRA or other project management tools a plus

l. Support project managers on their project administration responsibilities like planning, reporting, milestone monitoring

m. Basic understanding and experience of tax preferred, but not required
