• Performed cross platform audits of Active Directory (AD) objects and user permissions.
• Provides windows server systems architecture, administration, installation, optimization,
problem isolation and resolution
• Managed User Accounts on Windows and UNIX Platform (Creation, Deletion, Permissions, and
VPN Access).
• Developed organizational units in Active Directory (AD) and managed user security with group
policies.
• Managed Group Policy Objects (GPOs) throughout the Active Directory (AD) enterprise
• Created and maintained email addresses and distribution lists in MS Exchange.
• Compiled data to assist technical writers with IT new hire manuals and prepared data to report
to testers for system enhancements.
• Performed AD Consolidation projects for multiple global clients.
• Administered DNS, DHCP and WINS.
• Provide a Level 3 support for problems relating to Active Directory.
• Transitioned users from multiple legacy domains into a consolidated IT Infrastructure
