A PL/SQL developer is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining PL/SQL code.
Very strong in PL/SQL and IICS
They work closely with database administrators (DBAs) and other members of the development team to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the database systems.
Responsibilities:
Develop, design, test, and implement PL/SQL code for Oracle databases.
Provide overall database support with a focus on back-end programming.
Maintain source code sets and necessary technical documentation.
Assist DBAs in overall database maintenance.
Analyze user needs and design solutions accordingly.
Perform data analysis to support the development of new reports and modification of existing reports.
Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
Research, construct, develop, and test complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts for new reports.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as HIPAA.
Provide support to end users on report or environment issues.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and interact with all areas of the organization to achieve timely results.
