Hands-on experience in Development/Support/Implementation projects Organise, execute, manage and document workshops, meetings and requirements sessions with the client representatives, project stakeholders, business analysts and consulting team Maximize usage of OOB features and provide technical design or develop/customize solution approach for identified gaps Dynamics form customizations such as (but not limited to) adding Sections/Tabs, Sub-grid, iFrame, Web resources and Ribbon customizations Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power platform/Dynamics 365 Solutions and sitemap customizations JavaScript and XRM model for JS, including OData calls CRM portal development and other custom portal development Knowledge of CDM/CDS, Dataverse, Power Apps Model Driven Apps and Canvas apps Integration with Office 365 (Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive) Integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SharePoint Web Services, Scribe, Kingsway soft, SQL Unit testing, QA, and technical documentation Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications (2016, D365) are desirable Detailed knowledge and understanding of all areas within Customer Engagement including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Services, and Project Service Automation Experience of consultancy roles in software delivery Knowledge of Azure DevOps & CI/CD is a plus
