Must Haves:

Technical – 

1. Strong expertise in Building PowerBI Dashboards – 7+ years
2. Azure Data Studio experience
3. Previous college/university experience (working with Banner)

Soft –     

1. Excellent communication skills
2. The ability to train others 

Day to Day:

The manager hired a PowerBI Developer who has done a lot of PowerBI visualizations but he is running into some issues around taking their dashboards to the next level. Right now, most of their data sources are excel files (wide format), banner database, and azure data studio. They have a lot of data coming in and need assistance in the data modeling to make the data more machine friendly to load in PowerBI. This person will be consulting Yu Chen.
