•Must have minimum 10 years of hands-on experience on at least one of the programming languages (e.g., .Net, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Python, Web Services, mainframe, web applications, SQL, data integration tools, technical automation tools)

•Must have 1+ year of experience as a Microsoft Power Platform architect and have successfully led implementations of Microsoft Power Platform programs.

•Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components – Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, Virtual Agent/Copilot etc. 

•Experience implementing solutions using Azure AI services.

•Familiarity with LLM frameworks and GenAI programming preferred.

•Knowledge in data sciences and data analytics, and utilization of machine learning algorithms in automation

•Delivery management experience in leading large global implementations on Microsoft Power Platform

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills - demonstrates experience in running governance at the program management and executive levels.

•Demonstrated organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple deliverables, drive outcomes and problem solve issues.

•Exceptional client management skills and drive for results

•Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and highly matrixed environment.

•Willing to travel to client location as per engagement requirement.
