10+ years’ experience in creation of complex BI Visualizations in Worksheets and Dashboards across multiple data sources (DBs, Excel, Hadoop, etc.).
J&J Experience is mandatory.
Needs to have Tableau Certification.
Good data analysis skills and propose out of box solutions.
Strong experience in healthcare domain is preferred.
Experience in providing solutions with respect to Performance tuning and implementation of Security Model and Authentication mechanisms.
Show have strong data understanding to create Tableau reports.
Should know how to connect to various data sources including MSSQL, Hadoop (Hive/Impala), and Excel.
Select the correct chart type based on the requirement including bar charts, line charts, combination charts, box plots, scatter plots, heat maps, and cross tables base of existing data.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Basic statistical methods including regression modelling, control chart analysis, distribution analysis, process capability analysis, and analysis of variance.
Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
