Role Overview:
10+ years’ experience in consulting services working with Global organizations. Should have worked for minimum of 4 years in the Retail and Consumer Goods Consulting space thru one of the well-known consulting organizations.
Responsible for the evaluation of new business requirements and the development of new solutions to meet business needs. It is a highly collaborative role leading the systems design working with business , IT and Enterprise architects. They need to drive and lead the programs across supply chain domain and ensure the success.
Role expectations:
Analyze , research and design for the environment within SC domain (Planning, logistics, quality, manufacturing, etc.) ensuring integrated and coherent approach to the whole systems design.
Provide process and system design by working closely with Business and IT leaders to get their approvals
Work closely with external and internal partners to manage development and success of every program
Ensure appropriate documentation to support process and system changes.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements from various business units
Sound experience with supply chain planning systems and manufacturing planning knowledge
Experience with Anaplan & BY is a plus
 
 
Communication skills and stakeholder management.
This role will work cross-functionally with internal and external teams involved.
