- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar
