- Track and report total endpoint device refresh work, including forecasting, inventory levels, and budget burndown for desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Lead medium to high-complexity projects, collaborating with a Senior Project Manager and/or Program Manager as part of a program team.
- Ensure project objectives are achieved on time, on budget, and in adherence to Mayo Clinic IT methodologies.
- Manage projects with a budget responsibility of up to (USD)1 million, overseeing staff and contractor/vendor resources.
- Present project requests to institutional committees for approval and direction.
- Support senior project/program managers in strategic planning processes.
- Make informed decisions to accomplish project objectives under minimal supervision.
- Advise IT staff on project management practices and standards.
- Manage multiple competing objectives, prioritize, and communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Assure strict adherence to budget management guidelines in the IT department and the institution.
- Participate in the development and tracking of project budgets.
- Perform additional job-related functions as directed by the immediate supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience OR Master's Degree with 4+ years of related experience
- Financial accounting experience
- Strong endpoint infrastructure experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Advanced analysis utilizing Excel spreadsheets
