The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals in Oracle database development, proficiency in PL/SQL programming, and a solid understanding of database design principles. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in scalability, performance optimization, and the ability to evaluate legacy code to identify and address vulnerabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle database development and administration.
• Proven expertise in PL/SQL programming, including stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
• Strong understanding of database design principles, normalization, and data modeling.
• Experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and scalability enhancements.
• Ability to evaluate legacy codebase, identify vulnerabilities, and implement security best practices.
• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
