JOB DETAIL

HR Systems Implementation experience is a must.

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing technical projects and serving as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of the assigned project.

They will align the project with customer needs and requirements, construct detailed work plans, achieve milestones, and communicate the results across a stakeholder audience. Integration and HR System experience is required.

Essential/Primary Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities

• Plan, establish, and manage the iCIMS implementation.

• Serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of the assigned project

• Align project with customer needs and requirements

• Construct detailed work plans, achieve milestones, and communicate the results across a stakeholder audience

• Assist with developing materials and leading project decisions through the architectural review process as required

• Escalate risks and issues timely and effectively with appropriate mitigation options

Job Requirements (Skills & Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management

• Experience in integration and HR systems, preferably with iCIMS

• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills; able to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills; ability to forge consensus among competing constituents on critical and time-sensitive issues General skills, behaviors, competencies, and experience required includes:

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), including the ability to adapt style to a nontechnical audience

• Collaborative working

• Ability to build consensus, make decisions based on many variables and gain support
