BS in Computer Science or equivalent related experience
3-5+ years of front end development background
Strong test experience with UI/UX testing and front end SW applications
Experience with web technologies and web frameworks (React/Node/CSS, etc.)
Extensive experience solving cross-browser compatible front-end web experiences with, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Experience with React.js is preferred. Backend development is a plus and not required.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with many different projects
Awareness of web performance considerations
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytic skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments such as engineering, marketing strategy and UX teams
Workflow and UI experience scaling with technology
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Experienced with multiple vehicles, i.e., In Product Discovery, SaaS, Paid Search, Display, Email, Affiliates, and Social and Mobile platforms, as well as Web Properties and Relationship Marketing.
Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of UX, SEO and other factors that impact web conversions
Passionate and curious about finding opportunity on process improvement
Flexible and agile with ability to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations

Develop a holistic approach by thinking strategically and analytically from start to finish
Optimize code for performance, ensuring fast loading times and smooth user experiences
Ensure that the websites and applications are responsive
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize pages/website for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Responsible for scoping requirements to new experiences and partnering with PD and x functional teams
Partner with x functional team; PD, Product Management, Design, Marketer’s, etc. driving operational efficiencies
Ensure interlock between marketing strategy, XD, product development, and analysts
Improve design and testing lifecycle process by providing input to x functional teams
Execution Experience in CMS tools required
Troubleshoot site problems and fix incorrect content data as needed.
Ensure product information, content, and images are displayed correctly
Provide input to requirements for new system capabilities and improvements
Identify functional requirements for quality assurance testing to reduce errors
Identify and problem-solve roadblocks to successful task completion, including liaising with the PD and product development teams.
Help build web standards and best practices guidance
As needed, take on special projects to support other team members.
Be able to work occasional off hours and interaction with global teams as necessary to meet deadlines or as part of Product Releases.
