Required Qualifications

Minimum of seven (7) years of IT work experience with 

Five (5) year of project management experience with 

A minimum of three (3) years in information technology or two (2) years experience leading accounting and cash management transformations;

Requires advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of managing multiple technologies and functions for highly complexed projects; 

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Florida Accounting Information Resources (FLAIR) or a similar financial, computer based-system; and

Florida Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management (PALM) or a similar financial, computer based-system.

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. 

Or equivalent work experience; 

Certifications

Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) required.

Candidate must present Examples of Work: Provide example of work experience similar to the scope of the RFQ. Demonstrate in detail how the experience is similar and whether the organization for which the services were provided is comparable to the State.
