1. **Must have 10+ years of Program Management experience:**

   - Understanding/working on large end-to-end programs.

 

2. **Drive Project Execution:**

   - Monitor project status, gather customer responses and needs.

   - Monitor project scope and watch for potential roadblocks.

 

3. **Experience in SAP Data & Analytics:**

   - Preferred with S4 HANA experience as a big plus.

 

4. **Experience with Transformational and Cloud-related Projects:**

   - Experience with transformational projects and/or Cloud-related projects.

 

5. **Quick Learner and Connect the Dots:**

   - Must be a quick learner who can connect the dots.

 

6. **Manage Big Initiatives and Interact with Executive-level Stakeholders:**

   - Will be managing big initiatives, interacting with key executive-level stakeholders.

 

**Job Description:**

 

1. **Program Management Experience:**

   - Use a formal methodology including Agile/Scrum.

   - 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing large global programs.

 

2. **Create Project Plans:**

   - Include scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk, and issue management.

 

3. **Facilitate Scrum Meetings:**

   - Facilitate, attend, scribe, and distribute minutes for scrum meetings.

 

4. **Drive Project Execution:**

   - Monitor project status, gather customer responses and needs.

   - Monitor project scope and watch for potential roadblocks.

 

5. **Cross-Team Coordination and Barrier Removal:**

   - Ensure cross-team coordination.

   - Work on removing barriers experienced by the team.

 

6. **Reporting and Communication:**

   - Report and communicate on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders.

 

7. **Skills and Qualities:**

   - Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

   - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

   - Relationship-driven with the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals.

   - Creative and proactive problem solver.

   - Self-motivated with the ability to work well in teams and cross-departments.

   - Organized with strong attention to detail and effective documentation skills.

   - Strong with SharePoint, JIRA, and MS Office tools.

 

8. **Nice to Have:**

   - 1-2 years of working experience as a Business Analyst or Developer.

   - Knowledge in big data, data & analytics, Hadoop, SQL, BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Metrics Insight, etc.), streaming technologies.

 

9. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:**

   - Must be energetic, confident, and very strong in communication skills.

   - Must be excellent in conflict-resolution and can handle ambiguity.
