- 2-3+ years of programming experience with Pega.
- STRONG experience in Waterfall Environment.
- Experience with Pega Version 7 or higher.
- Certified CSA or CSSA.
- 2+ years of experience with database structures, theories, principles and practices.
- Strong working knowledge of SDLC, IT Systems and Processes, Development methodologies and their direct implementation to projects.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines and maintain quality requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot testing and escalate appropriately.
