Requirement Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for IT systems or software solutions.

Solution Design: Translating business requirements into detailed system specifications, including data models, user interface designs, and functional specifications.
Technical Liaison: Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Developing test plans, conducting system testing, and ensuring that solutions meet quality standards and fulfill business needs.
Implementation Support: Assisting with the implementation of new systems or software solutions, including user training and support.
Change Management: Managing the impact of system changes on business processes, including stakeholder communication and training.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
Risk Assessment: Identifying potential risks and issues related to system changes or implementations and developing mitigation strategies.
