Techno-manager role who should build the data solutions, landscape, connect and convince customer on regular basis. Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation.
This is very critical position who understand data and put-up strategical thought process to help overall data team.
He should be talking to customer data leadership, business users, customer IT managers and offshore team. He needs to understand the landscape and look for the opportunities to grow our footprint.
Must have:
Must have 17+ years of experience in Data and analytics.
Must have experience in creating solution architectures, provide architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps working with team to manage their Data Estate
Lead workshops with many teams to define data ingestion, validation, mining, engineering, modeling, visualization, AI, and analytics.
Design and Build Data framework / Pipelines.
Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, development, test, manage projects, architect, and deliver complex projects.
Participate and lead in design sessions, demos, and prototype sessions, testing and training workshops with business users and other IT associates.
Contribution in creating architecture documents and articulate them to executives through presentations.
Determine Project and solution estimation and team structure definition.
Mentor and provide architectural guidance to multiple teams building innovative applications.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions.
Demonstrate broad solutions technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction, exerting influence outside of the immediate team and driving change.
Should have provided the solution, Data migration, ETL, Reporting programs on any of the CLOUD platforms.
Should manage customer relationships working along with offshore teams to create mindshare, create new opportunities, manage delivery escalations.
Ability to establish the relation and build the rapport with customer Data stakeholders.
Should be able to articulate the problem statement & solution.
Should have excellent communication, presentation, and analytical capability.
Expert in Stake holder Management, Conflict management
Participate and represent in detailed architectural discussions with the Global Data team to build confidence and ensure customer success when building new solutions and migrating legacy data to cloud platform / Snowflake.
Experience with AWS Cloud, Snowflake and Data Analytics solutions where reporting platform is PowerBI/Qliksense.
Ability to build AWS cloud/Snowflake data solutions and provide technical perspective and expertise on storage, platform services, cloud architecture and RDBMS/ODS database practices (Snowflake and Databricks)
Real time / near real time data ingestion.
Exposure to large databases, BI applications, data quality and performance tuning.
Data Management concepts and standards (SQL Server, Oracle, Cloud, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, etc.)
Good to have:
Provide subject matter expertise and hands on delivery of data capture and consumption of legacy data via Global template pipelines and Global framework playbook protocols.
Expertise in AWS, Snowflake, Data Lake store/Blob storage, SQL DB
Exposure to Manufacturing domain will be added advantage.
This individual will be working as a leader for a reporting project. He will engage with business users directly to design and deliver PowerBI dashboards and reports to satisfy reporting requirements.
