Responsible for delivery of Engineering Software applications (not just software, i.e. Not Saas-ideally projects involving delivery of physical products/devices/machines, etc.)
Establishes project budgets/schedules
Mentors and leads stakeholders in PM methodologies (Agile/Kanban/Waterfall etc.
Excellent written/oral communication skills and problem solving skills required.
4+ years Project Mngt. experience
Strong process/change management experience
Past experience managing multiple, complex projects from beginning-end, including financial tracking, monitoring and control.
Comfortable working in a Global organization with delivery areas in different time zones.
Ability to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally.
Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role located in San Luis Obispo, CA for a Project Manager with a minimum of 4 year's experience.
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget, as well as managing project risks, issues, and changes.
Additionally, the Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
