JOB DETAIL

CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: 

5.1. Five years of direct experience with object-oriented development techniques. 

5.2. Five years of experience with the Microsoft.Net, Model-view controller (MVC) and Entity framework. 

5.3. Five years of experience with MS SQL products inclusive of MS SQL 2016. 

5.4. Five years of direct experience developing web-based applications in a Microsoft VB.NET (ASP.NET) environment. 

5.5. Five years of experience with SQL programming inclusive of stored procedures, functions, triggers, and cursors. 

5.6. Three years of experience with Source Control systems such as Visual Studio Team services or Team Foundation Server. 

5.7. Three years of experience with software build and release management methodologies. 

5.8. Five years of experience with SAP Crystal reports to meet user-defined requirements. 

Five years of experience utilizing the Visual Studio Click-Once deployment mechanism. 

5.9.Two years of experience in healthcare Information Technology (IT) domain using Agile Scrum framework. 

5.11.DevOps certified with five years of experience in HIV Surveillance, Budget, and Case Management systems. 

 

6. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 6.1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: 

6.1.1.Develop and automate pipelines to achieve complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) automation using Agile and DevOps framework as directed by the Department. 

6.1.2.Develop web applications using Microsoft ASP.Net Core MVC and ASP.Net MVC., as directed by the Department 

6.1.3.Develop front-end using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Jquery, AJAX and Bootstrap with server-side logic using C# 7/6, as directed by the Department. 

6.1.4.Develop code modules and packages using MVC 5 Razors, C#., as directed by the Department 

6.1.5.Participate and provide status updates in daily standups to Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Stakeholders as directed by the Department. 

6.1.6.Use lambda expressions LINQ To SQL and LINQ to entities for retrieving and inserting data in database as directed by the Department. 

6.1.7.Modify database objects (Tables, Stored Procedures, Views, Indexes, etc.) daily as assigned by the Department. 

6.1.8.Monitor and optimize the performance of the system daily as assigned by the Department. 

6.1.9.Develop new database objects in Microsoft Structured Query Language (MSSQL) in support of programming on a daily a daily basis as assigned by the Department. 

6.1.10. Deliver code to perform system functions as defined in user requirements daily as assigned by the Department. 

6.1.11. Test application code daily as assigned by the Department. 

6.1.12. Perform testing on system changes to meet user-defined requirements daily as assigned by the Department. 

6.1.13. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code, in .NET technologies as directed by the Department. 

6.1.14. Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and devise or propose solution as directed by the Department. Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design as directed by the Department. 

6.1.15. Support production environment with resolving application errors including backend and front end as directed by the Department. 

6.1.16. Participate in requirements analysis and collaborate with internal teams to enhance and improve software design and architecture as directed by the Department.
