Roles and Responsibilities:
- 10+ years in software engineering and product management
- Must have current Life Science experience.
- 8+ years of managing onshore and offshore technical teams.
- 6+ years of consulting experience
- 6 + years project management experience. Experience in managing a product throughout its lifecycle and agile implementation.
- PMP certification
- Excellent understanding of Agile/scrum development processes and concepts
- Strong background in Lifesciences Commercial Excellence and Field Reporting industry, experience in BI reporting.
- Knowledge in cloud-based data platforms; AWS Cloud Architecture and Infrastructure. RedShift.
- SQL writing and implementation.
- Experience on automated monitoring platform services preferably on CloudWatch/Grafana, Dynatrace etc.
- Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and architectures.
- Experience in project issue tracking tools like Jira. Reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI
- Experience with release and product deployment life cycle.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Willing to work at client site in Titusville, NJ. 2-3 days a week. Relocation assistance available.
