Job Description:
- The candidate will contribute to IAMO Transformation program by aiding in the configuration and implementation of the new Sailpoint IIQ product. This individual will provide general Sailpoint Product Support with a focus to:
- Reduced reliance on manual provisioning and a wind-down of application adoptions will enable IAM Operations to concentrate on core functions emphasizing process improvements and risk reduction.
- This role represents IAMO transforming to more upskilled engineering resources that will support rapid automation via SailPoint IIQ and support of core IAM functions that include continued client application and service adoptions, risk reduction and mitigation, regulatory and audit commitments, incident management, access certifications, and IAM control enforcement.
- Additionally, the individual will be responsible to perform/manage various controls such as Entitlement Validation which is a SOX/SOC1 requirement. The individual will also support other functions/controls within the program, including but not limited to, revocation automation, access certifications, user terminations, transfers, and segregation of duties. the individual will be exposed to general certification support, campaign configuration. application categorization, reporting capabilities, and regulatory requirements. This position is critical for maintaining controls related to the centralized certification program.
