1. Migration to Nike platform solutions (such as AWS Sagemaker) from existing legacy tech stack 

2. Refactoring, tuning, optimizing, containerization, and productionalizing Nikes ML solutions in recommendations domain to Nike platform solutions (such as AWS Sagemaker)

3. Enable ML models testing, validation and automate testing framework

Collaborate across functional teams (including Consumer Data Sciences, MLOps Core, Platform teams) to deliver ML models in production and enable end to end testing WHAT YOU BRING Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer science, Software engineering or other similar OR combination of relevant education, experience and training. Advanced degrees a plus (PhD, Masters, etc) 5 or more years of experience with hands on coding Very strong programming skills Experience in Data Science languages like python, Spark, Scala, etc. Hands-on working knowledge on Sagemaker in model training, building pipelines and using Sagemaker MLOps capabilities Experience in distributed platforms that are big data friendly History of deploying quality code directly into production Basic Knowledge of AI/ML techniques, ie, neural networks, tree ensembles, regressions, etc. Proven experience with feature engineering Experience with databases, processing and storage frameworks Experience with various hyperparameter tuning approaches and various cloud technologies
