Responsibilities :

Good background & business domain knowledge in Healthcare industry in general and in the US Healthcare Payer/insurance space in particular.

• Understanding the Details & Specifics of the requirements including Customer/ User expectations. Also to lead interface with the client for capturing the requirements, elaborate User Stories and Acceptance Criteria and handle other Business Analyst activities (end-to-end).

• End-to-end Requirement Gathering (Functional/NFRs), converting the requirement into User stories including acceptance criteria.

• Strong Agile/Scrum background with experience in JIRA and Confluence.

• BRD, FRS, Documentation and Creating Wireframes.

• Excellent communications (Written/Verbal: English) skills.

• Contributes to the overall team effort, including Quality Assurance.

• Participate in sprint and feature reviews with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.

• Work effectively with Agile team, including participation in Scrum ceremonies.
