Description:

The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) supports the business

operations of state agencies through a variety of services, including Information Technology

project delivery, maintenance, and support. This position is with Agency Services for MDOC and

Assists in the design, development, delivery, and support of Information Technology (IT)

solutions to the Client Agency.

We are searching for a skilled Business Analyst that is proficient in all IT procedures and has

excellent communication skills. You need to have a strong technical expertise in database

design and development and come from an IT background. Ask questions and clearly

communicate your results to audiences that are technical and non-technical alike. Working

closely with developers and being able to assist them in their job should not present any

difficulties for you. It’s not necessary for you to be a developer; nonetheless, you should be able

to convey the technical aspects of what developers are looking at to the client. Additionally, you

should be able to compile business needs and clearly deconstruct them for developers.
