Has worked insurance platforms GuideWire, DuckCreek or custom claims platforms
Must have ability to work with "technology free" VP-business executives, structure the problem effectively by obtaining business and IT endorsement, prior to divining a solution.
Clear and demonstrable understanding of business strategy, IT strategy, domain and organization architecture
Commercial Insurance - 5+ years;
Define the current state, target state, and release solution architectures for business initiatives and IT Programs consistent with organization architecture under the guidance of the GB architecture team
Candidate must have been creating Insurance-Specific solution architecture for 10 years.
