•    Highly experienced QA with expertise in creating test strategies and driving test planning, test process and Quality metrics.
•    Excellent influencing, documenting, and presentation skills to drive the adoption of new test processes, tools, and metrics.
•    Strong Experience with testing tools for UI, mobile, API, visual testing- specifically Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Playwright, Perfecto etc.
•    Good automation skills in .Net, React, Angular.
•    The Principal QA is an accomplished QA leader.  
•    They have a strong background in testing, test processes and test tooling. In this role you will use your experience to work with the Test Strategies team to grow the quality at FMG.  
•    This would include work in the following spaces: Test Strategy, Test Standards, Quality metrics and processes.  Hands-on experience with testing frameworks, ADO, assessing test tools and metrics.  
•    Strong presentation skills a must.
