• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective automated workflows.
• Provide subject expertise on the ServiceNow platform, serving as a product advocate within customer accounts.
Desirable Skills:
• Proven expertise in implementing solutions across various ServiceNow modules, including, ITSM, ITOM, Integrations and CMDB.
• ServiceNow System Admin certification, ServiceNow Application Developer, and/or Architect certifications are a plus.
