Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
2. 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support projects, with strong expertise in SAP FI and CO modules.
3. In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO functionalities, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, Product Costing, and integration with other SAP modules.
4. Proficiency in SAP configuration tools and methodologies, as well as experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (preferred).
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
6. Experience leading project teams, managing project timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver successful SAP FICO implementations.
7. SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting) are a plus.
8. Ability to travel occasionally for project engagements and client meetings.
