Position Overview: 
As an SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) - Events Management Consultant, your primary responsibility is to leverage your expertise in SAP SCM and specialized knowledge in Events Management to assist organizations in optimizing their supply chain processes related to events planning, tracking, and execution. You will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining SAP Events Management modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements related to events planning and execution within the supply chain.
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SAP Events Management.
SAP Events Management Implementation:
Design, configure, and implement SAP Events Management modules to meet business requirements.
Ensure integration with other SAP SCM modules, such as SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), for end-to-end supply chain visibility.
Customize and enhance SAP Events Management functionalities based on specific organizational needs.
System Integration:
Collaborate with other SAP and IT teams to integrate SAP SCM Events Management with external systems and applications.
Provide expertise in data migration and transformation during system integration.
User Training and Support:
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP Events Management features.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Events Management-related issues.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP Events Management configurations, processes, and user guides.
Document any custom developments, enhancements, and integrations for future reference.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about SAP SCM and Events Management updates, patches, and new features.
Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in supply chain processes and recommend enhancements.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SAP SCM consultant with a focus on Events Management.
In-depth knowledge of SAP SCM modules and their integration points.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Certifications:

SAP Certification in Supply Chain Management or relevant modules is highly desirable.
