• Hands-on skills on managing Kanban dashboard
• Good exposure to handle Backlog items and distribute the work in short sprint cycles
• Perform daily Stands up with cross functional global dispersed teams
• Perform Review/Retrospective meetings
• Ensure blockers are mitigated
• Hands-on exposure to Confluence
• Certified Scrum Master
