• Technical expertise: An IT technical lead needs to have a strong technical background and expertise in the relevant technologies, programming languages, and systems.

• Project management skills: IT technical leads must be able to plan, organize, and manage technical projects, including creating project timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful completion. Exposure to Scrum/Scaled agile for project management methodology.
• Collaboration skills: IT technical leads must be able to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
