Strong experience in Development and Admin side.

Good working knowledge in Java(EE/SE)/HTML/XML/Web-services. Good Knowledge in CRM

Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, implementation, testing and delivery

Experience on Enterprise software/Internet applications, either web based or shrink wrapped

SQL development and relational database knowledge is a plus
