- Proven experience (X years) in Pega development, with certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Pega Platform tools such as App Studio, Case Designer, Data Designer, and Integration Designer.
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, case management, decisioning, and rule-based development.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
