Responsibilities

· Design and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML models to improve business functions.

· Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and pinpoint AI/ML application opportunities.

· Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and industry trends.

· Architect and develop scalable and efficient AI/ML systems.

· Offer technical leadership and mentor junior team members.

· Research and enforce best AI/ML practices to enhance system performance.

· Uphold data governance and security protocols.

· Document and present AI/ML strategies and findings to stakeholders.

· Continuously enhance existing AI/ML solutions for better efficacy.

· Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· A minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or architecture, with a proven track record in deploying AI/ML projects.

· Expert knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.

· Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or similar languages.

· Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

· Experience with Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence, for project management and documentation.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
